Not Jean but I thought I would take a stab at the captions, since I feel like I can read Cheyenne pretty well.

Pink or purple, cooperating or not - Chey rocks in her bonnet.

Kind of looked like the Queen in some pics - a nice little purse next to her would have set off perfectly. rofl

Mary Ann,

I have been off-line-but I hoped to see the Cheyenne you so generously share here. What a heart/soul that dog has. She keeps overcoming-leaping over obstacles.

I hope all your family fully enjoys the spring.

Mary Jane

PS
I like PINK for this "Grande Dame"

I'm sorry...photobucket has changed...and I am having trouble using the standard upload option. I can only upload using their bulk uploader...anyone else having that problem? Problem now...I had taken some videos of Cheyenne to share and bulk uploader doesn't allow videos. Is there another host site that anyone uses that they recommend?

I still have the basic uploader in photobucket? I just click the green Upload button, and it says to select photos or video, and it also gives me a link to the bulk uploader, which I don't ever use.

Oh my goodness Val, as soon as I read that she was not cooperating, and then looked at the head, this was my thought too - the hat just did not have enough "ooomph" for our stylish girl, the pink was too washed out, and the hat was just too conservative smile

hmmm...Lisa when I click on the green button it takes me to a page where I can select where I want to upload from...and the button for "my computer" does not work (or even show up!! ) for me. Obviously it's a settings issue.

ok ok...I've gotten the message loud and clear. Shopping for DAZZLING Memorial day hat now!

Sorry I haven't updated earlier...dealing with liver problems with my PARROT...so scarey! Cheyenne is doing great though...she amazes us every day!! <hugs>

I have been down with bursitis of the knee all week and I just sat here this evening and read this entire, 81 page thread! Wow, what a wonderful story. I am so touched and shed some tears of joy for Cheyenne. Thank you so much for working this miracle of love, Mary Ann. Just a lovely thing to read and see.

Thank you so much Shawn! She has given us more than we have given her...she is truly a blessing! We have a cat that has always lived in isolation...truly just didn't like anyone or anything. She and Cheyenne bonded...so for the last two years my kitty has had the comfort of free roam of the house with her buddy...and a loyal protector and friend. Her life was literally transformed. Kitty is now nearing the end of her life (cancer)...and I take great comfort in knowing that her last two years were exceptionally joyful. We have Cheyenne to thank for that.

Hello all!! Just checking in to let you know Cheyenne sweetie pie continues to do well!!

So it was bath day....decided to tackle Ava big baby scaredy cat first. She's my girl that hangs onto the doorway as you try to get her into the bathroom. It was quite the fiasco....with Cheyenne quietly looking on...maybe giving silent support...maybe saying to herself...oh well..I guess I'm next (in an eeyore sort of way...lol) After quite a battle...I was tired and soaked...as was my house....I took a breather and started on Cheyenne. Saved the easy one for last.....

now...I'm not saying she likes baths...she is just so compliant. All was going well until.................she pooped in the tub! argh!!
It was NOT a good dog bath day...LOL

In the end...she's looking as purty as can be...all sparkly. I'll post some sparkly pics soon smile
