I just sat here and visualized everything you said..thank you...will try to keep doing that throughout the day!

They ask you to drop off between 8-10....then they cannot tell you what time they will do the actual surgery. Realistically...I don't see us there much before 10...because we have to drive our kids to school before heading down...which is fine...less time for her to be waiting and scared.
It's already planned that she stays overnight...and barring any complications...would come home the next day...but if there are complications...they keep her.

Interesting Val!! And being totally off her diuretic now would make her urine more concentrated....as opposed to peeing constantly...

you have done a wonderful job caring for this dear girl mary ann.

take care, what time do you go tomorrow?

I couldn't say it any better than katieliz did. Imagining how much better Chey will feel. Thinking of you and Chey. Have a good night's sleep.

Good evening Mary Ann,

I don't have any Sparkling White to toast to Cheyenne's health-but clear water for clear recovery will do. Cheyenne and your family have provided such an example of healing and strength that we can never thank you properly.

Our thanks and our hopes are with you now,

get some rest and drive carefully,
Mary Jane

Sending more well wishes and positive thoughts your and Chey's way. Hopefully they don't do the surgery too late and make you worry for a long time. I have a feeling it is going to be hard keeping her calm during the recovery period. she will probably feel a lot better and want to play and snuggle!

Well I woke up at 4AM looked out and it's just rain 35 miles to the south of Cheyenne's surgeon. Hope that's a good sign.
