For those of you who haven't seen/followed my other posts (I know I haven't posted much about it here), Mason and I have been training extensively towards our goal of becoming a certified K9 Team. On Jan 26th, 2012 we certified in Patrol Obedience/Control, on Feb 6th we certified in Narcotics Detection (M, H & C) and then yesterday (Feb 7th) we certified in tracking! With that said Mason is now a certified DUAL Purpose K9! I am so excited and this journey has been amazing and so fun. Couldn't imagine experiencing it with any other dog. He is the perfect partner and I couldn't ask for more of him. He goes out there and gives it his all!  I can only imagine where we will continue to go from here! Thanks for letting me share this with you all!

I am so very happy for you both! I can't help but be proud of Mason - watching him grow up and now accomplish this... what a great boy! and you are a great handler/owner to him!

WOW! Congratulations! Now what do you do with this? I don't know anything about how it works, I always just tell people who meet Rocco when he puts his nose up their hineys that he's a drug sniffing dog.  I am pretty sure that what you have accomplished is huge, and I want to understand it. And more importantly, should I not have my heroin with me when I see you guys?
