Chama had several of those, right in that area. One was removed and biopsied and was benign. The others weren't removed and grew but never got very big. My vet didn't recommend removing them in older dogs. Hope this is what's going on with Cheyenne!

I'm hoping too it's just a lipoma. Murphy had one for years and years. It was no big deal and we just left it alone. It was detached just like Chey's.
